Drop in and share your business ideas
The latest in the series of "Link4Coffee" networking events will take place at the Boathouse in Wisbech on Friday, February 17 (10-11.30am).
Free and informal, the monthly drop-in sessions are primarily aimed at businesses but are open to everyone.
They are organised by Fenland District Council and its economic development partner, Opportunity Peterborough, in conjunction with Link4Growth, a not for profit organisation helping to connect people in communities across the country.
Councillor Ralph Butcher, the council's Cabinet member responsible for growth, was among around 30 people who attended last month's event.
He said: "I was pleased to see so many people there, with a very good mix of businesses. These sort of get-togethers are one of the various ways we can help local businesses to grow by enabling them to meet new contacts and share information and ideas both with us and with each other.
"Having established these networking events in Wisbech over the last couple of months, we're now looking to extend them to other parts of the district in the near future."
Attendance is free but people are encouraged to register ahead. To register online visit www.fenlandforbusiness.co.uk
