Fun for all the family at St George's Fayre

On Sunday 23 April, March town centre will be full of people enjoying the festivities of St George's Fayre.

St George's Fayre is one of the Four Seasons events delivered by Fenland District Council and a committee of volunteers, with extra support from March Town Council.

The grand parade, led by St George's Dragon, starts from Broad Street at 10.15am. The event will be officially opened by the Mayor of March at 10.30am, with a Fancy Dress competition following on the Market Place at 10.35am.

Now in its tenth year, there will be more stalls than ever before and entertainment suiting every age and background.

Fun Fair rides, Water Zorbs, Duck Racing, Mini Golf and a Dragon Hunt are just a few of the activities on offer.

Live singing and dancing performances will also take place throughout the day.

Broad Street and High Street will be closed, with diversion routes in place from 5am to 7pm. Cycling is not permitted within the event area.

Free parking is available in the City Road and Darthill Road car parks.
