Come along and take part in this year's events!

Fenland District Council organises annual events in all four market towns throughout the year with community partners for all to enjoy. If you are interested in booking a stall at one of these fantastic events all you need to do is complete the booking forms to the right of this page and return them to marketsandevents@fenland.gov.uk or by post to Fenland District Council with your fee.  Pitches start from as little as £20!

We are keen to ensure that the festivals continue to offer a wide variety of quality attractions and entertainment. If you think that you have a service that is unique and you are interest in attending a Fenland event please contact us. Remember to provide a quotation if you would like to be considered by the festival committees.

Invite for Caterers 2018 Events

If you would like to provide catering for one of the Council's annual town events we would invite you complete the booking forms to the right of this page and return them to marketsandevents@fenland.gov.uk or by post to Fenland District Council with your fee. 

All caterers wishing to attend must provide no later than 4 weeks prior to the event:

  • The name of the local Council with whom your food business is registered
  • A copy of your risk assessment and fire risk assessment
  • A copy of your gas safety certificate
  • A copy of your public liability insurance

Only caterers with a minimum food rating of 3 will be considered. Preference will be given to companies offering cuisines not otherwise offered at the event or within the town. Catering pitch fees will start from £50.

Applications will go to the committees who will advise on successful applicants.
