Decision:

Cambridgeshire County Council Highways Department has reviewed their fees and charges and as a result Fenland District Council is required to reflect those changes in the charges we pass onto our customers. These changes will take effect on 01/04/2026.

 

The specific changes are outlined in the attached table.

 

Reasons for the decision:

Cambridgeshire County Council Highways department have increased the costs of providing Highways information. Fenland District Council has also amended their fees and charges accordingly. The Land Charges Service operates a cost recovery model when setting the fees and charges.
