Applications for outline permission and reserved matters

Use this form when applying for outline permission. This means you want to agree the permission in principle (for example, a new dwelling) but only want to submit some (not all) details such as the vehicular access information. This cannot be used for change of use applications, householder applications, advertisements or trees.

Use this form when you want to 'discharge' a condition on a previous application decision. For example, a condition on a previous decision notice may ask for details of bricks and tiles before the development commences. To supply these details and get the decision 'discharged' (approved) you need to submit this type of application
