  3. We do not look after all street lights within Fenland. If you cannot find the prefix of the lamp from the drop down list below then it may be the responsibility of the Local Highway Authority, Cambridgeshire County Council. You can report faults with Cambridgeshire County Council street lights on their website.

    1. Please give as much detail as you can as your information will help us to find and fix the fault as soon as possible. Fixing a fault usually takes between 4 - 6 weeks.
  6. The information you provide will only be used to assist Fenland District Council and their approved street lighting maintenance contractor in resolving the fault that has been reported. Information will not be passed to third party organisations or used for marketing purposes.
