We offer easy-in, easy-out lease arrangements with no long term tie-ins. Our two month rolling break clause helps you to move on when you want to.

Our reception is staffed during business hours. Tenants can use their key fob to access the building 24 hours a day. 

For an extra fee, we can offer additional office facilities. This includes hot desking, virtual offices and post handling services. 

Connectivity

South Fens is conveniently located on the outskirts of Chatteris. It is next to the A141 and A142 - offering easy links to Ely, March, Huntingdon and Cambridge (A14). 

Conference facilities and meeting rooms

Our popular conference facilities are ideal for making an impact at larger events. 

Your lease includes the use of a small meeting room for an hour a day. If you need to use them for longer, we can offer them at a discounted tenants rate.
