Whittlesey Festival Committee is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the town council offices in Queen Street, Whittlesey, at 7pm, and all are welcome to attend.

The popular Whittlesey Festival will be returning in September 2023 following a three-year hiatus due to Covid, and organisers want to ensure it is the biggest and best one yet by getting as many new volunteers involved as possible.

New volunteers stepped forward at a Whittlesey Festival Open Evening on 1 September, but anyone who missed it and wants to get involved can attend the AGM to find out more.

The Festival, which celebrated its 12th annual event in 2019, is one of the Four Seasons events that are held across the district each year. The events are delivered by Fenland District Council in partnership with volunteer committees, and alongside a host of community partners.
