Members considered the review of a private hire driver’s licence. 

Members asked questions, made comments and received responses. 

MEMBERS OF THE LICENSING COMMITTEE CONSIDERED THE APPLICATION FOR REVIEW AND, AS A CONSEQUENCE OF THE FINDINGS, WERE NOT SATISFIED THAT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A FIT AND PROPER PERSON TO HOLD A PRIVATE HIRE DRIVER’S LICENCE.  THEREFORE THE COMMITTEE AGREED TO REVOKE THE LICENCE.
