Following cabinet approvals on 20th February 2023 and 17th July which authorised approval to purchase properties utilising LAHF grant received.

 

This officer decision notice is to record the decision to complete the purchase of the 3-bedroom detached house at Plot 131 Abbot Walk, Chatteris (Persimmons Homes development).

 

 

Decision

 

The purchase of this property as part of the LAHF programme in accordance with cabinet approvals at a purchase price of £250,000.
