Recommendation:
- To receive £559,990 grant to purchase 5 properties for the
purpose of housing for refugees and for use for homeless temporary
accommodation.
- To enter in the MOU with DLHUC for receiving the grant
- Match fund the residual funding element for the 9 properties from
either PWLB, Capital programme or S106 funding. Delegated to IB
members to approve.
- Delegated approval to investment board to approve future tranches
of funding for this purpose
