Before completing this form, please contact the Bereavement team to arrange a suitable date and time. You can do this by emailing bereavement@fenland.gov.uk or calling 01354 654321. We will need some basic information when you call to make a provisional booking, as shown below.

Please make sure that you complete the form at least 7 working days before the Interment date.
