Statement of Licensing Policy - Draft Policy Consultation

NOTICE is hereby given of Fenland District Council's intention to publish the statement of principles that the Licensing Authority proposes to apply in exercising its functions under the Licensing Act 2003 following review of the existing Statement of Policy.

The Statement of Policy 2021 will be valid for a period of five years, but can be reviewed or revised by the Licensing Authority at any time.

The Statement of Policy 2021 will come into effect on  January 1, 2021.
