Join us as the NDR Manager

  • Full-time (37 hours per week) Permanent
  • ARP Grade 7 £41,431 to £45,456 per annum

Due to successful internal promotions, we are pleased to advertise this exciting opportunity to lead our successful Non Domestic Rates Team.

We are seeking a self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic candidate to manage our hard-working NDR Team. Your role is to lead and manage one of the biggest Non-Domestic Rates teams in the country. To enforce the collection of Non-Domestic Rates, Business Improvement District levies and to administer Non-Domestic Rates liability including exemptions, mandatory rate relief, discretionary rates relief and other Local discretionary reliefs. Ensuring that rates are billed in accordance with The Valuation List.

You should be an excellent communicator, both verbally and written. You should display good attention to detail, be an excellent problem solver and take pride in both your own achievements and that of the wider team. You should have a desire to achieve results and have strong knowledge of emotional intelligence.

Requirements of the role:

  • IRRV technician or equivalent work based equivalent
  • Experienced Revenues Manager
  • In depth NDR knowledge
  • Knowledge & Experience of Revenues Software
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive
  • Ability to analyse data to recognise trends
  • Ability to be innovative
  • To be an effective communicator
  • Recognise diversity and respect for others
  • And demonstrate positive attitude and enthusiasm!
