Assisted Collection

Our Assisted Bin Collection service is designed for residents who are unable to move the bin (or bag) provided because of illness, disability or frailty

Our staff assist residents on assisted collection by collecting and returning their bin. This service is only available when there is no-one else in the household able to do this.

If you think you are entitled to this service, please complete this form. We will then contact you to assess your situation.

This form is for requesting a new assisted bin collection to be set up. If you would like to report a problem with your current assisted collection arrangements, please email info@fenland.gov.uk instead.
