Our draft Business Plan and Budget for 2025/26 sets out the priorities that will underpin everything we do over the next 12 months and how we will deliver them within clear expenditure limits.

Our priorities outline how we will continue to serve our communities, protect our environment, drive our economy, and deliver a quality organisation that can meet the challenges of the future.

Your feedback will help inform the draft Business Plan and Budget before they are finalised by Cabinet in February 2025.

How to respond

Please complete our survey by 2 February 2025. You can:
